Process
RECRUITMENT PROCESS:
1. CANDIDATES
1.1. Candidates (job seekers) looking for job opportunities contact us either by applying for job openings or by sending unsolicited job applications.
1.2. Once the CV is received we process it, check it against the suitable opening (if any)/search for a suitable job opportunity, and schedule an interview.
1.3. If the job seeker passes the general interview, further discussions are scheduled in order to determine whether he is (or is not) suitable for the job opening he had applied/he was looking for.
2. COMPANIES
1. The client sends the job requirement, a job description, and a general overview of the benefits offered (if available at this stage), indicating the deadline for submitting the applicants’ CVs and the start date.
2. We check our database, advertise the opening/contact suitable candidates, process the job applications we receive, sort through the pre-qualified ones, and contact the client.
3. The interview date is scheduled; if the candidates pass the interview, the ultimate result is their hiring for either contract or permanent positions.
